Job Description

We invite applications for the role of Program Manager to help us develop and implement clear outreach plans for our courses and programmes.

Job Responsibilities

• Increasing visibility of University’s programmes among students, parents and relevant institutions
• Developing targeted messaging suitable for each audience and platform (in-person outreach, website, social media, events, videos, etc.)
• Developing year-round communication campaigns
• Executing action plans and tracking effectiveness
• Collaborating closely with the communication and other teams in the University

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with a range of communication channels, including physical events, webinars, digital campaigns and social media
• Fluency in Hindi is desirable but not mandatory (oral and written)
